Is it possible to modify the order I just placed?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please send an email to info@farmaciabarcelona.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of the purchase.

I just finished my order, but I haven't received the order summary yet.

It may happen that the summary of your order is sent a few minutes after completing the order. We recommend that you check your \"Spam\" folder. Depending on the parameters of your messaging, the message may reach there. If you do not receive any email, please contact our Customer Service.

What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?

We offer a variety of logistics services for added ease. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Can my item be shipped to the store?

We have our store at Paseo de Gracia 90, 08008 Barcelona. The item can be collected free of charge from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

How can I track my order?

Farmacia Barcelona will send you several emails during the process, to keep you informed about the status of your order. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, only the tracking links found in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. We will then send you a delivery confirmation email once the courier notifies us that your order has been delivered.
